The NC Pro Bono Resource Center is partnering with the Federal Public Defender of the Eastern District of NC to establish a pilot project beginning in October 2021 and ending in February 2022, which will offer limited representation expunction relief for eligible federal public defender clients. Volunteers will fill out the petition/form. Once the petition is completed, PBRC staff will file the petitions.
