Ethics of Pro Bono Representations

This course will address the most common ethics issues in pro bono representations. After reviewing the call to facilitate access to justice, attendees will explore matters of competency, supervision, potential conflicts, risks with incoming and departing lawyers, the importance of engagement letters and effective disengagement.
