34th Annual Section 1983 Civil Rights Litigation

The law of Section 1983 is multi-faceted and continues to develop. There are myriad significant and difficult issues, many of which generate conflicts in the circuit court. To be an effective Section 1983 litigator it is necessary to stay abreast of the latest decisions. At PLI’s 34th Annual Section 1983 Civil Rights Litigation program, a highly experienced and accomplished faculty will analyze recent Section 1983 trends and developments. The faculty includes a law school dean, legal scholars and authors, a federal magistrate judge, and Section 1983 plaintiffs’ and defendants’ practitioners.
