 Timely and accurate legal information can have a huge impact for families in need. Each week, LANC hosts informational clinics in libraries and community locations throughout the state covering various areas of civil law. Pro Bono Attorneys are needed to remotely answer general legal questions related to custody, simple divorce, expunction, education, wills and POA, tenant rights, or small claims court procedure . Clinics take place on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons and volunteers are asked login, or call in, to the online session for one hour during the clinic of their choice. Training and comprehensive resource materials will be provided. All active volunteers receive access to LANC’s ongoing CLE program, malpractice coverage, and the support of a mentoring attorney.
