SUMMARY:CLE: Expungements Under the New Law
DESCRIPTION:Join attorneys from the NC Justice Center and Legal Aid to discuss the most recent updates in expungment law and the most common forms for expungement relief. The Honorable Jennifer Knox and Daniel Bowes will present this free CLE for 1.75 hours of credit on January 10 at the Wake County Courthouse room 1113 from 4 p.m. – 6 p.m. The CLE training is mandatory for everyone who wants to assist clients with expunctions at the legal clinic on February 10\, but all are invited to attend.
