Native people face disproportionately high rates of incarceration, criminalization and poverty across the U.S. This program, taught in collaboration with the Yurok Tribal Court and Chief Justice Abby Abinanti, and the legal services organization Root & Rebound, will give an instructional framework for providing effective, holistic reentry legal services to people in tribal communities.
