This manual was modeled closely upon the work of the State Bar of Texas<\/a>, the Houston Bar Association<\/a><\/u>, Texas RioGrande Legal Aid<\/a><\/u>, Lone Star Legal Aid<\/a><\/u>, and the Texas Access to Justice Commission<\/a><\/u> with their permission and with the North Carolina Pro Bono Resource Center’s thanks. Relevant content has been updated with North Carolina law and information by a host of volunteers.
